Kosh Care is a home care agency that provides care services across Greater London. We offer personal care, live-in care, respite, shopping & meal preparation, light domestics and companionship in Greater London. We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the regulatory body that inspects and reviews all adult social care services in England.

Our mission and aims

Kosh Care aims to deliver services that enable you to remain as independent as possible while being cared for at home. We also aim to deliver safe and secure services by implementing strict recruitment procedures. All of our employees must have completed enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Services), they must also show good character, be qualified to care and provide good references.

Our leadership team

Kosh Care is privately owned domiciliary care agency run by compassionate and highly qualified professionals.

The leadership team have experiences in different backgrounds from Healthcare, IT, Financial and Law industries, which will bring exceptional values and innovative homecare services to each location we serve.

Our small but perfectly formed office team run all aspects of Kosh Care, from bringing new Service Users, to making Service user/ Carer matches, to recruiting new talents and of course balancing the books.

My aim is to create the most respected Homecare/Domiciliary care agency in the UK, enabling our clients to retain their independence within the comfort of their own homes. Clear values, strong leadership and a commitment to attracting the best carers are fundamental to my beliefs.

Prior to Kosh Care, I established an outstanding domiciliary care agency, which was awarded outstanding ratings for two consecutive years. I have always been passionate about providing great customer service and started my career with Logica (now part of CGI) as a Business Consultant (Cybersecurity- Governance, Risk and Compliance). I have a Masters degree in Science from the University of Westminster.

Outside of work; I enjoy doing charity work and volunteering, that’s my way of giving back to the community.
